Latplan source code now available

I would proudly announce that the source code of LatPlan, our domain-independent, image-based classical planner, is now made available on Github!

https://github.com/guicho271828/latplan

The code is a result of almost one-year development, and should be an important first step in the neural(subsymbolic)-symbolic interaction. Also, it subsumes the existing Action Model Acquisition method in a sense that it has a domain-independent AMA system which does not even depend on the action names!

After the submission of the first version of the paper on Arxiv (which did not have AMA_2), I have been inquired several times for the source code of Latplan. As ML community is significantly different from where we usually publish, we took a rather conservative step in publishing the result compared to the standard in ML community. Sorry for that! But hey, it is finally out.

We plan to update the Arxiv version (currently v2, next v3) after AAAI Camera-Ready submission is completed.
